1. The race is organised by the Warsaw Marathon Foundation, 48/3, Walecznych st., 03-916 Warsaw, tel. (22) 3538525, www.maratonwarszawski.com. The purpose of the race is providing financial support for Sue Ryder Foundation (www.sueryder.pl).

2. The race will be held on September 7th, 2008 in the Skaryszewski park. The distance is 3 km.

3. Teams of 4 contestants may participate in the race. Larger or smaller teams or individual persons are not allowed to participate. Each contestant must be 15 or over.

4. All participants must be appropriately dressed: a formal jacket and trousers (skirt), a shirt, a tie (or a bow tie or a scarf) and a briefcase. Running shoes are allowed.

5. You may sign up for the race only via the web site: www.maratonwarszawski.com/ratrace. The final deadline for signing up is August 31st, 2008. It will not be possible to sign up after the deadline.

6. The starting fee for participation in the race is 400 PLN per team. This fee must be made by bank transfer to the account number of the "Warsaw Marathon" foundation (Fundacja "Maraton Warszawski"): 70 2030 0045 1110 0000 0097 5150 kept by the bank BGŻ Integrum, by August 31st, 2008 at the latest. The starting fee will be transferred in total to Sue Ryder Foundation.

7. Only teams qualify. The result of the team is determined by the result of the last participant of a given team, who runs the entire distance.

8. Numbers for contestants can be collected 2 hours before the start of the race in the Skaryszewski park.

9. The final interpretation of the Rules can be made exclusively by the organizer of the race and it shall be binding.
